About refund of municipal bus commuter pass with valid remaining days

Method of refund

At the counter, please tell us "Refund for 2 systems".
If requested, the commuter pass will be refunded at no fee.

From Friday, March 22, Reiwa 6 to Friday, May 31, Reiwa 6

  • Commuter pass for municipal buses and subways

Notes

  • When refunding, please bring a public certificate (license, passport, insurance card, etc.) that can identify you.
  • If you use a commuter pass with mobile PASMO or Apple Pay PASMO, you will not be able to refund at the counter. Therefore, please apply from "Support Frequently Asked Questions" on the following PASMO website after March 22.
