Salaries after hiring regular employees are paid in accordance with the Regulations Concerning Salaries for City of Yokohama, Transportation Bureau Corporate Staff.

The higher of the previous history addition or the minimum guarantee by age, whichever is higher, will be the starting salary, and various benefits will be paid together.

For the following periods, the previous history will be added up to 60 months (for 5 years) based on the minimum guarantee amount by age of 18.

・End-of-term diligence allowance (bonuse: 4.6 months per year (FY2024 results))

・Dependency allowance, etc.

If all of the following conditions are met, a prescribed amount will be paid to those under the age of 39.
However, the payment will be made regardless of age until the end of the 10th year after entering the office.

・Living in a rental property in Kanagawa Prefecture or neighboring areas
・Not the holder of the lease contract or the holder of the lease contract, but the substantial bearer of the rent

<Provisioned amount>
28,000 yen per month under 30 years old
30 years old and over 19,600 yen per month
※1 Bus crews and bus mechanics will be charged a maximum of 50,000 yen per month from the time of entry to the fifth year, and from the sixth year onward, the above amount will be charged.

※Judgment will be based on the age of the first day of the fiscal year 2002 (April 1).

There is a regular salary increase once a year, depending on the work performance for one year.

In addition, due to the personnel evaluation system (evaluation system), there is a possibility that the salary will be raised larger than usual, reflecting the efforts of the individual.
