Retirement age

Laws and ordinances have been enacted to gradually raise the retirement age of civil servants to the age of 65.
From April 2023, it will be raised gradually by one year every two years, and will be 65 years old in April 2031.

①Those who reach the age of 60 in 2025 (April 2, 1940-April 1, 1941): Retirement age: 63 years old
②Those who reach the age of 60 in 2026 (April 2, 1941-April 1, 1942): Retirement age: 64 years old
