It is document of municipal assembly ordinary assembly of March, 2025. After the ward assembly, we will distribute it to Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations through the ward Regional Promotion Division.
Purpose
As the so-called "black part-time job" violent incidents occur over a wide area and the anxiety of citizens increases, it is necessary to strengthen measures against anti-crime program throughout society by combining self support, community support and government support.
In order to ensure that local residents can live with peace of mind, we will provide emergency assistance to local anti-crime program measures in the Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations area and raise the awareness of anti-crime program and the power of anti-crime program in each area to promote safe and secure town development.
Through these efforts, we will lead to the revitalization of local communities.
Purpose of Emergency Response Project
In this project, the government's “Comprehensive Economic Measures for the Security, Security and Sustainable Growth of the People” (decided by the Cabinet on November 22, 2024), will continue to support consumers and businesses affected by rising prices. It includes the addition of priority support local grants to support, and will be implemented as one of the grant menus.
As a basic idea of utilizing grants, it was indicated that "it is also possible to provide consumers who engage in activities to protect the area from crime to reduce the burden of costs related to building a safe and secure area." Because it was done, in 2025, we carry out urgent subsidy grant in form to expand a part of existing Motoichi local action promotion costs subsidy business.

Subsidiary requirements
(1) This is a public interest initiative implemented by the Neighborhood Associations Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations Regional Union to improve the power of anti-crime program.
(2) This project is implemented after considering and making decisions on initiatives to enhance the power of anti-crime program in order to improve the power of anti-crime program in the region.
(3) Attached with a copy of the receipt issued from April 1, 2025 to October 31, 2025 (with the name of the organization, the breakdown of the product, and the breakdown of the amount specified)
(4) Able to submit a grant application and performance report by October 31, 2025
(5) Procedures necessary for the implementation of the project and management after the implementation can be performed appropriately at the responsibility of the organization.

Non-subsidized projects
(1) This does not lead to the improvement of the power of anti-crime program in the region, but is limited to anti-crime program measures only for specific individuals.
(2) Those who have already received or are going to receive subsidies such as subsidies for promoting local activities, subsidies for setting up regional security camera, subsidies for maintaining local security lights, management fee subsidies for promoting decarbonization at the Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations Building, and subsidies, grants and subsidies from other countries and local governments.
(3) Donations to third parties (including donations of LED security lights based on LED security light donation guidelines) Implemented for the purpose of transferring, selling, etc.
(4) Expenses that are calculated in confusing with expenses other than subsidized expenses and cannot be distinguished from subsidized expenses
Non-subsidized expenses
Even if it is a business targeted for assistance, the following expenses are excluded.
(1) Guarantees, insurance premiums and transfer fees
(2) Expenses to remove only existing security equipment, etc.
(3) Membership/registration fees and usage fees for services, software, etc.
(4) The amount discounted by using the point service and the amount equivalent to the point service granted by the purchase
(5) Costs to prepare for preliminary or future without assuming use.
(6) Expenses required for eating and drinking
(7) Costs contributing to political or religious activities
(8) Dating expenses, congratulatory expenses, congratulatory money, excursions, court expenses, vouchers, accommodation expenses
(9) Expenses required for the application procedure for this grant (stamp fee, copy fee, etc.)
Flow of Procedure
<Step 1> I'll decide what to do.
<Step 2> I will do my best. I'll pay for it. The period for implementation and payment of the initiative is from Tuesday, April 1, 2025 to Friday, October 31.
<Step 3> Submit the grant application and performance report. The application period is from Tuesday, April 1, 2025 to Friday, October 31.
(In the city, we will examine sequentially from the application that arrived.)
<Step 4> We submit subsidy bill within approximately 30 days after receiving notice of grant decision and grant amount decision. The final submission deadline is Friday, December 26, 2025.
(The subsidy will be transferred to your account.)
