Questionnaire survey on disaster prevention and reduce disaster damage's awareness and initiatives among Yokohama citizens

We carry out questionnaire survey targeting at 10,000 people aged 15 years or older living in the city. A questionnaire has been mailed to the target from June 13th. When you receive the questionnaire, please cooperate with the answer.

◇Overview of the survey to be conducted◇
Purpose of Survey	Based on the Noto Peninsula Earthquake, we will conduct a questionnaire survey to understand the daily awareness of citizens about the earthquake disaster and the status of efforts by self support and community support in order to use it for disaster countermeasures in Yokohama City.
Target area	The entire Yokohama-shi area
Target person	10,000 men and women aged 15 and over living in the city (including foreign nationals)
Extraction method	Random sampling from Basic Resident Register
How to answer	Mail or Internet response (unsigned)
Survey period	From June 13, 2024 (shipped) to July 11 (response deadline) ※The deadline has been extended.
