For apartments such as condominiums and apartments, only private houses are eligible.
Places that must be installed
- Install it on the ceiling or wall of the room used for the bedroom.
- Install it on the ceiling or wall of the kitchen.
Places that do not need to be installed
- 1 If either an automatic fire alarm device or a head of a sprinkler device is installed on the ceiling of each room or corridor in a house, there is no need to install a residential fire alarm in that area.
- There is no need to install a residential fire alarm for stairs, corridors, elevator halls, machine rooms, management offices, etc.
