②About submission deadline

Submission deadline: Tuesday, April 15, 2025
About presentation deadline of treatment improvement plan pertaining to acquisition of treatment improvement addition such as care staff of 2025 (PDF: 138KB)
[In the case of obtaining additional credits after June 2025 (new/change)]
<Home Service> Submission deadline: 15th of the previous month of the calculation start month (in the case of calculation on June 1, 2025, the submission deadline is May 15, 2025)
<Facility Services> Submission deadline: On the first day of the calculation start month (in the case of calculation on June 1, 2025, the submission deadline is June 1, 2025)
