List of Specific Facilities

Specified facilities are facilities that discharge sewage containing substances that may damage human health and living environment, and are subject to measures against dioxins, Article 1 of the Water Pollution Control Law Enforcement Order, Appendix 1 and Dioxins Measures Refers to those specified in Article 1 of the Special Measures Law Enforcement Order. Factories and business establishments where this specific facility is installed are called specific business establishments. The type of notification, penalties, etc. vary depending on whether it is a specific business establishment.
