ESCO Business Proposal Review Results (Updated October 6, 2021)

　After soliciting proposals for the Yokohama International Pool ESCO project, there were two groups of proposals.
　Based on the fair and objective evaluation of the ESCO Business Proposal Review Committee, the best proposal company and excellent proposal company were selected as follows.

Best proposal company	<Proposal contents> Energy reduction rate: 18.7 [%] CO2 reduction rate: 19.2 [%] Reduction of utility costs: Approx. 31.52 million [Yen/Year] Expansion of air-cooled heat pump chillers to cold and hot water systems Introduction of INV to intake fan and ventilation fan Use of LED lighting Introduction of photovoltaic power generation systems
Excellent proposal companies	Toshiba Elevator Co., Ltd. Kanagawa Branch, Mizuho Toshiba Lease Co., Ltd.
