1 Purpose
In carrying out the ESCO business, Housing and Architecture Bureau receives proposals from business operators through public offerings and selects them through objective and fair examination. About examination for that purpose, we establish "Yokohama-shi ESCO business proposal examination committee" and carry out based on rule of proposal offer essential point to establish separately.
