Introduction of rooftop waterproofing renovation work (building)
Protection of existing asphalt waterproof protection This is the work of applying ground treatment to concrete and waterproofing external insulation sheet. The area where the living room is located downstairs is insulated to suppress the heat load from the outside. The cross section of the external insulation sheet waterproofing is as shown in the photo of the external insulation sheet waterproofing (section), and is mainly divided into layers of insulation, reinforcement boards, and waterproof sheets. In areas where there is no living room downstairs, heat insulation is not performed, and only waterproof sheets are used.

Reinforcing boards are installed with open joints as shown in the fixed photo of the reinforcement boards and insulation materials to prevent them from sticking up. In addition, fixing the insulation and reinforcement plate with the fixed metal fittings used in the photo, and covering the waterproof sheet from above, it looks like a photo of external insulation sheet waterproofing.

2 Window insulation renovation (building)
By replacing single-plate glass used in windows with low-E double-glazing glass with Attachment, the window sash has been highly insulated.

3 Use of LED lighting (electricity)
By using high-efficiency equipment, all rooms and lighting have been converted to LEDs to reduce heat inside the room.

4 Removal of central heat source equipment (machine)
Absorptive cold water generator, cooling tower, cold water pump, cooling water pump, expansion tank, pressurized water supply pump unit for air conditioning (with water receiving tank) were installed by the central heat source method, but in this renovation, it was removed because it was changed to an individual air conditioning system.

5 Installation of package type air conditioners
Since the central heat source equipment was removed, package-type air conditioners were installed in each room. Outdoor units are installed around the building on the first floor, on the second floor balcony and on the rooftop.
