Susukino Community Care Plaza is located in a quiet residential area with a forest on the precincts of the shrine. I tried to make it a scale and appearance that harmonizes with the landscape of this lush residential area.
The building has a concrete structure on the first floor and a mixed wooden structure on the second floor. The second floor is a wooden axis as much as possible, so that you can feel the warmth of the wood. The multipurpose hall has a large span structure of 6.5m while using the conventional method by devising the structure such as a walking stick. From the deck in front of the multipurpose hall, you can see the rich greenery of the forest.
I think it has become a building that makes use of the goodness of concrete and wood. I hope it will be a building that is familiar to everyone.
