The "Standards for Interpretation of Definition of Development Areas" published in the "Guide to Development Permits under the City Planning Act" has been revised as follows in order to respond to revisions to related laws and regulations based on the purpose of the law. .
In revising this standard, we carry out public opinion solicitation from April 17, 2015 to May 18, 2015 based on the Public Opinion Procedure Implementation Guidelines pertaining to the Yokohama City Rules, etc., and revise it.
