Application documents for work confirmation application (retaining wall)

Necessary books should be listed in Article 3, Table 1 and Table 2 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Regulations, and submit them.
Application documents can be downloaded.

When performing construction, be sure to post the confirmed display board in a place where it is easy to see. In addition, please submit registration form concerning the appointment of construction supervisors and construction contractors at least 14 days prior to the commencement of construction.
Designation of process (Article 17-4 of the Yokohama City Building Standard Law Enforcement Detailed Regulations)
When the construction reaches the next process, please report the process. (Please contact us in the morning up to 3 days before the process is reached and meet the inspection date.)
- When starting pile driving
- When ground improvement starts
- When the wall retaining wall (with floor, GL, H/3) is completed
- When RC retaining wall (with floor, foundation, wall reinforcement) is completed
Please note that the following report may be submitted after each process is completed.
- Pile driving report
- Concrete strength test report
- Reinforced Pressure Test Report
When the reporting work at the time of completion is completed
(1)Please submit a completion inspection application form (No. 19 style, from the first to the fourth side) within 4 days.
(2)Please submit "construction supervision construction situation report (structure relations) based on rule of Building Standard Act Article 12 Clause 5.
(3)Please attach a photograph of the construction status at the time of application for completion.
