　The Residential Land Examination Department provides mail and e-mail reception for some of the procedures as follows.

• Write the receipt number and name of the documents to be mailed (eg, No. 2020 No. 1901 / Replacement Document, No. 2020 No. 1901 / Development Project Plan) in red on the envelope, and mail the person in charge of the documents as the address. please.
• Make sure you know the company name or name of the sender and the Phone number that you can reach during the daytime on weekdays.

4 Notes, etc.

• The reception date shall be the day when the mail arrives at the Residential Land Examination Department.
• We will not contact you for the arrival and reception of documents, etc., so if you want to confirm arrival and reception, please contact the Residential Land Examination Department by telephone. If there are any incomplete documents, etc., the person in charge will contact you for correction.
• If you do not know the receipt number or name of the mailed document or the contact information of the sender, please note that the reception processing and subsequent processing may be delayed or not possible.

3 Transmission Method

• Please enter the reception number, name, etc. of the documents to be sent, and the name of the person in charge of the Residential Land Examination Department (eg, No. 2020 No. 1901, modified drawing, □□□) in the subject and send it.
• After sending, be sure to inform the person in charge of the residential land review department of the destination by telephone that the e-mail has been sent. (If the person in charge is absent, please inform the other person in charge.)
• Make sure you know the sender's company name or name and Phone number, which can be reached during the daytime on weekdays.

4 Notes, etc.

• Please note that we will not respond in principle if you receive something other than those that can be handled.
• Files up to approximately 5MB can be received, but depending on the file, you may not be able to receive due to the security of Motoichi.

Please contact us in the morning as much as possible.
In the afternoon, staff may be absent due to on-site inspections.

In residential land examination section, adjustment area section, charge is divided according to area.
