Q3-3 Can I use certified stakes under the Building Standards Law?
Last updated on November 12, 2024.
Residential land development and specific embankment regulation law (former residential land development regulation law) (outside site) has regulations of minister authorization separately from Building Standard Act (outside site), so authorized by Building Standard Act former Article 38 Even if it is a stake, it is not possible to omit the documents required for examination when applying for permission unless it is certified by the Regulation Law for Residential Land Development and Specific Embankment. Based on these, the city asks for design considerations so that the aforementioned certified piles are not used as foundations for retaining walls.
