Drawing is to prevent disorderly urbanization and to plan planned urbanization.
It is area division to divide into urbanization area and urbanization adjustment area according to policy to establish in order maintenance.

• Urbanization area

　　　…Areas that have already formed urban areas, areas that should be planned to be urbanized

• Urbanization adjustment area

　　　…Areas where urbanization should be suppressed

Until now, approximately every six to seven years from the initial decision in 1970.
