Reiwa 7.8 maintenance aging renovation project (recruitment)

　This project will support a part of the expenses for the rebuilding of licensed nursery schools and nursery schools that are remarkably aging, and promote the safety of children and the improvement of the childcare environment. In adoption, priority will be given to those that are difficult to make every effort in disaster prevention measures for residents, such as those that are extremely aging and have a large risk of occurrence of disasters. In addition to rebuilding, the maintenance method is also applicable to large-scale renovation (renovating parts that are remarkably aging by utilizing existing frameworks (main parts in terms of structural strength).
　In addition, the aim is to respond to local childcare needs through maintenance. We will increase or decrease the capacity and review the capacity composition, and aim to eliminate waiting children.

Target companies
Businesses that can apply for this project must meet all of the following:
　　Oh, it is authorization nursery school, school corporation or nursery school cooperation type authorization child institution which social welfare corporation actually runs.
　　(A) The operating corporation owns the building of the facility.
　　We operate cormorant nursery school or nursery school cooperation type authorization child institution with good contents.
　　Oh, authorized nursery school performing application or nursery school cooperation type authorization child institution does not receive subsidy of this business in the past.
　　(If there are multiple buildings that you want to be subsidized, maintenance should be made by the same application.)
　　(E) Regarding the nursery cooperative authorized child institution that opened on or after April 1, 2015, do not demolish the areas that have been maintained with subsidies such as construction costs or interior maintenance costs.
　　(F) Have not been selected as a medium-scale renovation project at a licensed nursery school or a nursery cooperative authorized child institution that is applied for.
　　(G) Have the necessary resources and trust in conducting this project.
　　The admission rate at this time must not be significantly low. Or there must be no significant decrease in the entrance rate (No. 2.3) in recent years.
　　In addition, there is not reason that the mayor recognizes as inappropriate.
