The City of Yokohama and the Yokohama Corporate Management Support Foundation (IDEC Yokohama) recognize companies that aim to grow by engaging in management utilizing their proprietary technologies and know-how as "Yokohama Intellectual Property Mirai Companies". Evaluate companies in terms of "business plan", "purpose and positioning of intellectual property activities", "mechanism for practicing intellectual property activities", and "contribution of intellectual property activities to business" and certify companies above a certain level. We will provide support such as subsidizing the cost of acquiring industrial property rights and preferential treatment for financing.
