Usage fees for 3D printers, etc.

From October 2018, a new fee for "in the case of a client" has been set.
It can be used at a lower cost than the conventional "in case of staff". Please feel free to use it.
※The client will have to operate the equipment yourself, but you can use it with confidence because you can receive lectures and follow-up by the staff in charge. (Especially for prototypes with 3D printers, there is no need for difficult technologies with 3D data, so even beginners can model them.)

※The cost of prototypes using the 3D printer above includes material costs.

• Those that require special materials, labor, etc. for testing, analysis or preparation, and the amount of research or investigation fees shall be equivalent to actual costs.
• In particular, although the deadline is set and urgent, the amount of the fee or fee for use shall be twice the amount specified.
• Person who has office or establishment in Yokohama-shi, and the amount of fee or the fee for use pertaining to request from person except small and medium-sized business (outside site) prescribed in Article 2 of Small and Medium Enterprise Basic Law is 1.3 times the amount (If there is a fraction less than 100 yen, the fractional amount is rounded up to 100 yen.) It's a coincidence.
• Fees or royalties pertaining to requests from persons who do not have Address in Yokohama City or individuals who do not have offices or offices in the city, corporations or other organizations are 1.5 times the amount specified (if there is a fraction less than 100 yen, the fractional amount is rounded up to 100 yen.) It's a coincidence.

The actual fee varies depending on the individual content, so please refer to it. (The rates in the table below are for small and medium-sized enterprises in the city.)

※The "administration pitch" in the table below is also called the additive thickness, and a 3D printer builds a layer of thin materials to produce the mold, but it is the thickness that is piled up during the molding. In general, small additive pitch increases the density of the molding object, which increases the strength and smoothes the surface, but increases the molding time, so the price increases. The multilayer pitch can be changed in three stages with our 3D printer, so please consider it according to the application and purpose.
