The content of the proposal may be not only short-term, but also a proposal that can be implemented continuously.

　・Isn't it a proposal that violates laws and regulations or public order and morals?
　・Isn't it a contradictory or conflicting proposal that violates the policies and regulations of Motoichi?
　・In addition, if there is a problem with publicity and fairness, etc., if the city determines that it is not appropriate to publish the proposal, it will not be posted on the web page.
　

Proposal qualifications shall be companies, schools, and organizations that fall under all of the following items (regardless of size).

（１） Being able to work on revitalizing shopping streets in cooperation with shopping streets and Motoichi
（２） When the city is required to submit a list of officers, etc., submit it promptly and agree to provide it to the Kanagawa Prefectural Police.
（３） Agree to publish the proposal on the Motoichi web page
（４） Not being a gangster (meaning a gangster prescribed in Article 2, item 2 of the Act on the Prevention of Unjust Acts by Gang Members (Law No. 77 of 1991) (hereinafter referred to as the "Law")))
（５） Representatives or officers are gangsters (refer to gangsters prescribed in Article 2, item 2 of the Act) or gangsters (Yokohama City Gangster Exclusion Ordinance (December 2011 Yokohama City Ordinance No. 51) (hereinafter referred to as "Ordinance") Not being a gangster prescribed in Article 2, item 4).
（６） Not being a gangster management control corporation (meaning a gangster management control corporation prescribed in Ordinance Article 2, Item 5))
（７） Not be a person engaged in business subject to the Act on Regulations on Customs Sales and Other Businesses and the Optimization of Business (Act No. 122 of 1948).
（８） Not being an organization engaged in political or religious activities
