We start offer of small business store repair furtherance business in 2024 from April 1, 2024.

We assist a part of new repair costs such as stores that small business running business in the city performs for business improvement.

You must meet all of the following requirements.
１．Stores to be renovated must be located in Yokohama City
２．New renovations such as stores that are directly provided for business use, and business improvement is expected by renovation.
３．Renovation by a contractor with a main office such as a head office in Yokohama City
４．Contracted (ordered) after the date of notification of grant decision
5.1 Business Operator 1 Application
６．Not repairs, etc. that restore existing functions without new business improvement
７．Have not been granted or paid for Motoichi and other public assistance systems in the same facilities, etc.
８．Others Being not a business that the mayor deems inappropriate, such as violating public order and morals.

You must meet all of the following requirements.
１．Stores, etc. must be small businesses (including franchise chains) in Yokohama city
２．Business improvement is expected due to store renovation
３．Renovation of stores, etc. by the end of February of the application year
４．Applicant has no delinquency such as payment of debt to city tax and Yokohama-shi
５．Have been conducting the same business at the same store in Yokohama City for at least one year
６．Comply with relevant laws and regulations
７．Gangsters (Yokohama City Gangster Exclusion Ordinance (September 2012 Yokohama City Ordinance No. 55). Hereinafter, it is referred to as "regulations." ) Not a person who falls under Article 2, item 2).
８．In the case of a corporation, the representative or officer is a gangster (refer to a gangster prescribed in Article 2, Item 3 of the Ordinance.) Not being a person who falls under any of the following items:

10.Others Being not a person deemed inappropriate by the mayor

※Those who have been subsidized by this project in the past cannot apply.

１．Small business store renovation subsidy grant application (first style)
２．Documents that confirm that the same business has been carried out at the same store in Yokohama for more than one year
　（１） In the case of a corporation
　　　[either A or B]
　　　A. Those whose head office is located in the city
　　　　　A copy of the “Corporate Register Copy (Certificate of All History Items)” within 3 months from issuance
　　　B. Those whose head office is outside the city
　　　　　Please submit the following two documents:
　　　　　・A copy of the “Corporate Register Copy (Certificate of All History Items)” within 3 months from issuance
　　　　　・Copy of corporate name, representative name, and official documents that can confirm that there is an office in the city
　　　　　　(Business permit, etc. whose application date and time are within the permission period)
　　　　　　※Websites and company information are not accepted.
　（２） For sole proprietors
　　　[A and B]
　　　A. Documents that can confirm that the same business has been conducted at the same store in Yokohama City for more than one year (one of the following)
　　　　　・A copy of “Final return tax return Table 1” and “Income tax blue return financial statements” in the 2022 blue tax return.
　　　　　・Copy of “Final return tax return Table 1” and “Breakdown of income and expenditure” out of the 2022 white tax return
　　　　　　※[People who were founded on or after January 1, 2023] (12 months have passed since the establishment of the company on the application date.)
　　　　　　　　Copy of any of the above "2023" and "Notification of opening of private business" (blacked if there is a description of my number)
　　　　　・Business license (those whose application date and time are within the permission period)
　　　　　　※If it is not possible to confirm that December has passed, we will also submit a business license before renewal.
　　　B. Copy of resident certificate within 6 months of issuance (permanent domicile, no relationship, no My Number)
３．Copy of documents that show the breakdown of expenses such as quotations
　　※Individuals who do not operate business are not allowed.
　　※If you do not know the details, submit a copy of a document that shows the breakdown in addition to the quotation.
　　※Submit an estimate of only the target expenses as much as possible (Please clarify the target expenses and the target expenses)
４．Copy of municipal inhabitant tax payment certificate (for corporations, for the previous fiscal year, for individuals, FY2023)
　　※It can be obtained at the ward office Tax Division, administrative service corner, etc.
　　※We cannot accept receipts.
５．Photos before renovation of the renovated part (multiple photos)
