We adopted the open call for proposal type proposal method, and after examination by the selection committee, selected priority negotiating right holders and runner-up negotiating right holders.
6 Implementation of open call for participants briefings (also serving as facility tours)
From 10:00 am to noon on Tuesday, October 25, 2005, an open call for participants briefing was held in the F-meeting room on the 8th floor of the Yokohama City Health and Welfare Center. (3 organizations attended)
7 Acceptance of proposal documents
From 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 24, 2005 and Friday, November 25, the Health and Social Welfare Bureau Medical Policy Division was openly accepted. (2 groups apply)
8 Designated Manager Selection Committee Member
We held the first Yokohama-shi emergency medical center designation manager choice committee on October 16 and elected chairperson and discussed open call for participants essential points.
