Selection of designated manager (second term) of Yokohama City Skills cultural center
The Yokohama Skills cultural center has introduced a designated manager system since fiscal 2006, and has recruited designated managers to manage and operate facilities in the second phase (from fiscal 2011 to fiscal 2015).
