4.How to answer
　　We will respond by e-mail by Wednesday, January 29, 2020.

・Of those who have submitted the application form (Guidelines-1), those who have been approved and those who have not been approved, indicate so and the reason therefor.
　You will be notified by the proposal qualification confirmation result notice (Guideline 2). In addition, if it is confirmed that you have the proposal qualification, the proposal will also be submitted.
　We will send you a request for submission of relevant documents (Guidelines 3).
・This notice will be sent by Friday, January 17, 2020.
・Applicants who have been notified that they have not been eligible for the proposal may request a written explanation of why the proposal was not accepted.
　In addition, the document is calculated from the day following the day on which the city sent the notice, and is to the participation intention application submission destination by 5:00 pm, 5 days after the city hall opening agency date.
　You have to submit it.
・Motoichi will respond in writing to those who have requested explanations within 5 days excluding the city hall opening agency date from the day following the day on which the above documents were received.
