• When submitting proposal-related documents, be sure to check “7 Contents of Proposals” and “9 Submission of Proposals and Work-Life Balance, Documents proving Efforts for Employment of Persons with Disabilities” in the Proposal Preparation Guidelines, etc. Please prepare the submitted documents.

　◦Number of copies submitted: A CD-ROM that records one copy of the original and submitted documents in a single PDF file.

　We carry out this business consignment on the condition that Motoichi application of Ministry of the Environment "subsidies such as carbon dioxide emission control measures operating expenses in 2019" is adopted.
The notification of adoption indicated by the Association for the Promotion of the Creation of a Low-Carbon Society, which handles the subsidy affairs, is in mid-July, and before submitting the “Proposal” for this commissioned business, Adoption / rejection of this project is expected to be decided.
　If the subsidy application of Motoichi is rejected, this project will be canceled and that effect will be notified to the company that applied for participation in this commissioned project.
In addition, even if the business is canceled, Yokohama City will not bear the expenses related to the creation of "proposals" to be submitted when applying for this consignment contract.
