If you do not have any questions, you do not need to submit a questionnaire.

We request those who have obtained the participation qualification to submit a proposal (Forms 3-10) along with a notification of the participation qualification confirmation result.
It will be shipped by Wednesday, October 27, 2021.
Please submit the proposal based on the "Proposal Preparation Guidelines".

[Form 4] Please submit the articles of incorporation and financial statements for the last three years as attached documents of the outline and business performance of corporations and organizations.
This does not apply if the corporation has been established for less than three years.
