A person who satisfies all of the following items (1) to (4):
(1) "Reiwamoto / 2nd year general competitive bidding qualified person list (articles / consignment)" (hereinafter referred to as "list") business type "worker dispatch business" or "various survey planning" / detailed "B consulting (Excluding construction consulting)" or "Other commissions" are approved.
(2)The location classification must be registered as "city", "quasi-city", "outside the city", and the company size must be registered as "large companies", "small and medium enterprises", and "others".
(3)A person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).
(4)A person who has not received suspension measures under the provisions of the Yokohama City General Competition Suspension and Nomination Suspension Measures (April 13, 2020) from the date of submission of the application form to the date of determining the trustee thing.
