All of the following items shall be satisfied.
（１） It must be registered in the list of qualified persons participating in the general competitive bidding for Reiwamoto and 2nd fiscal year, and must be registered for the event "109 Printed Product Planning Design" specified to comply with the contract.
（２） Being a city company and a small and medium-sized enterprise.
（３） Have a track record of creating public relations magazines that are issued regularly at least four times a year within the past five years.
（４） Being a person who has not received suspension measures according to the provisions of the measures outline, such as the suspension of Yokohama City nomination suspension, from the deadline for submitting the proposal participation application form to the specific date of the contract candidate.

Implementation site: Special Conference Room on the 19th floor of Yokohama City Hall (6-50-10 Honmachi, Naka-ku, Yokohama)
Attendees: There must be no more than 3 persons including the person in charge.
