Participation in this proposal shall be a person who satisfies all of the following 1 to 4.

1. Those who have the second or higher registration in the event "Print Printed Planning Design" in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.) of Reiwa Moto / 2nd year
2. Person who has location division "city", scale division is "small and medium-sized business", total number of the staff is three or more and registered
3. Those who can smoothly attend editorial meetings held in Nishi Ward Office (once a month), interview and photograph in the ward, and accompany business trip color calibration (once a month) at places designated by the contractor.
4. Person who has not received nomination suspension measures by rule of measures summary such as Yokohama-shi nomination suspension from presentation deadline of participation intention application to specific day of trust candidate

We will conduct interviews with all those who have submitted the proposal among those who have submitted the proposal and have been approved for proposal qualifications.

Please prepare a design proposal based on the assignments you sent.

Notes

1. When submitting a reference quotation, only the amount (excluding tax) required for the first year of the contract (fiscal 2021) must be stated.
2. The contract period is from April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2024 (long-term continuation contract based on Article 234-3 of the Local Government Act)
3. Since this contract is a long-term continuation contract based on Article 234-3 of the Local Government Act, if the expenditure budget of Yokohama City pertaining to this contract is reduced or deleted from the following fiscal year following the year to which the conclusion date of this agreement belongs, Yokohama City shall be able to change or cancel the contract. In addition, in the event that Motoichi cancels this contract due to the reduction or deletion of the expenditure budget of Yokohama City pertaining to this contract, the trustee will be charged for the commission that Motoichi scheduled to pay after the following fiscal year. Shall not be charged. In addition, the trustee cannot claim the city for compensation for damages arising when the city changes or cancels the contract due to the reduction or deletion of the expenditure budget pertaining to the contract.
