All businesses that have submitted the “Participation Intention Application Form (Form 1)” will be notified by e-mail of the “Participation Qualification Confirmation Result Notice (Form 3)”.
In addition, when we can confirm that we have proposal qualification, we send "proposal documents presentation request book (style 4)" in addition.

A person who has been notified that the proposal has not been approved may request a written explanation of the reason.

Please submit the document to the City of Yokohama, Urban Development Bureau International Horticultural Expo Promotion Section by 5:00 pm, five days after the closing date of the city hall, starting from the day after the Yokohama City sent the notice.

Yokohama City will respond in writing to those who have requested explanations within 5 days excluding the closing date of the city hall, starting from the day following the date on which the above document was received.
