In City of Yokohama, Water Works Bureau, in order to increase opportunities for small and medium-sized businesses in the city to receive orders, improve the quality of outsourcing services, and increase motivation to receive orders, and foster excellent small and medium-sized businesses in the city, we conduct designated competitive bidding by qualified business operators.
In addition, as part of strengthening initial response in the event of a disaster, members of a business organization that has concluded a disaster cooperation agreement in the outsourcing of design and surveying from FY2017 (hereinafter referred to as "disaster cooperation business operator") We conduct nominated competitive bidding.
※Incentive ordering is an order in which only companies with excellent performance (city businesses with good performance evaluation results of duties received in the past) or disaster cooperation companies are eligible for bid participation.
Incentive order for business operators with excellent performance
Number of Orders and Criteria for Selection of Designated Contractors
(1)The number of incentive quotas is the number obtained by multiplying the number of orders received by 10% for each target item in the previous fiscal year.
(2)Out of the top 10 average rating points in the previous year and two years before, the top 10 companies that are selected as nominated businesses in the incentive order shall be equal to or greater than the overall average score.
※If there is more than one company in the 10th place, select all of them.
(3)If the number of selected businesses is less than three, no incentive orders will be placed.

(2)Members of organizations that have concluded a disaster cooperation agreement are designated as disaster cooperation companies.
(3)Members who are not registered in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (design, surveying, etc.) for the items and details listed for each group are not eligible for incentive ordering.
