Overview of RFI
Purpose
Regarding the enrollment system (student registration system and Subsidies for School Expenses system), which is one of the 20 tasks subject to standardization, the “Law Concerning Standardization of Local Government Information System”, “Procedure for Standardization and Standardization of Local Government Information System [1.0]” and the following standard specifications, we are considering the transition to standard-compliant systems.
・School attendance system (School Age Book, etc.) Standard Specifications [2.0]
・School Administration System (Subsidies for School Expenses) Standard Specifications [2.0]
In order to standardize the school enrollment system, consider the transition plan, create a business review policy, and organize specifications for procurement, respond to the standardization of the school enrollment system of each business operator, whether or not to propose to Yokohama City, We request information provision for the purpose of grasping the implementation policy of the functional requirements of the standard specifications.
