The corporation shall meet the requirements set forth in Article 3 (qualification for participation) of the Implementation Guidelines for Identifying Candidates for Sakae Ward Snuggling Life Support Projects.

We will conduct hearings on the contents of the proposal.

By 5:00 pm on Friday, January 28, 2022, among those who have submitted the application form for participation, those who have been approved and those who have not been accepted will be notified of the proposal qualification confirmation result notification. Will be notified by e-mail. At the same time, we will notify you of the proposal-related documents submission request form.

Submission of Proposals (Forms 3-9)

(2)Number of copies submitted: 10 copies (primary copy, 9 copies)
(3)Submission: Sakae Ward Children and Families Support Division
(4)Submission deadline: Until 5:00 pm on Thursday, February 17, 2022 (must arrive)
(5)How to submit: Each proposal must be a flat file (the “Sakae Ward Snuggling Life Support Project Outsourcing Proposal” on the cover and spine. Please do not include your company / organization name) and bring or mail it (in the case of mail, please send it by registered mail and send it by the deadline. Also, be sure to check the arrival.

・Documents other than the prescribed format will not be accepted.
・After submitting the proposal, you may be asked to submit supplementary materials at the discretion of Motoichi.
・Submitted documents will not be returned.
・Only one proposal can be submitted per person.
・No change in the content of the proposal will be accepted.
・This project is subject to suspension condition that the 2022 budget will be voted on by the Yokohama City Council. If the budget is not voted on, it will not be approved.
