1 Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and competitive bidding handling guidelines for Yokohama City goods and consignment based on the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article Be a person who has the qualifications specified in Article 3, Paragraph 1.

4 In the past three years, there must be an order for the preparation of minutes of the plenary session at prefectural or ordinance-designated city councils and have performed properly.
5 In fulfilling the specifications, delivery must be possible on time even if a meeting of about 6 hours is held for about 2 weeks in a row.

The tender by registered mail will be sent to Mr. City Council Bureau. On the envelope, it is written in red as "bid book is in progress."
