（２） In the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (articles, consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 3.4, the location category must be "city" and the scale category must be registered as "small and medium-sized enterprises".
（３） In the past, there must be a track record of design work for public relations magazines issued by local governments (published at least once a month), and the total number of staff must be at least three.
（４） From the deadline for submitting the participation intention application form to the bidding date, no nomination suspension measures have been received based on the provisions of the measures outline such as Yokohama City Nomination Suspension.
