[Handling of Proposals]
(1) Submitted proposals shall not be used without the consent of the submitter other than specifying the proposal.
(2) Submitted proposals will be handled so that they will not be known to others.
However, it may be released based on related regulations such as the "Ordinance on Disclosure of Information Held by Yokohama City".
(3) Submitted documents may be copied to the extent necessary to identify the proposal or at the time of publication.
(4) Documents created in Motoichi for the making of proposal cannot be published and used without the consent of Motoichi.
(5)Submitted documents will not be returned to the proposer.
