The person who is qualified for the proposal shall be a person who satisfies any of the conditions of (1) "single company" or (2) "design consortium". (However, the results of (1) a and (2) a shall be the actual results of the company or the management engineer.)

B. Results of design work
Have a track record of designing buildings that meet the following requirements, and be able to submit documents that can confirm the performance of design work. (For (a) to (c), separate buildings are acceptable.)
(a)　New construction or extension of a building with a total area of 2,000 square meters or more (excluding the floor area of existing parts) constructed between December 23, 2002 and December 22, 2022. thing.
(b)　New construction or extension work of a building constructed between December 23, 2002 and December 22, 2022, including a pillar-free space with a floor area of 1,000 square meters or more (in the case of extension, The extension should include the pillar-free space).
(b)　New construction or extension work of public buildings ordered by the national or local government, which have been completed between December 23, 2002 and December 22, 2022. (No matter the size.)
(C) Assignment of technicians
A management engineer must be assigned to meet all of the following conditions:

(b)　Be a member of the proposer's organization.
D. Documents to be submitted

(2)　In the case of a design consortium
