4 Response Date and Method
　　It will be sent by e-mail around Thursday, October 12, 2023.

・We will confirm the proposal qualifications of the applicant who intends to participate in this proposal, and mail a proposal qualification confirmation result notice (Form 3) regardless of whether or not they have qualifications. If you are able to confirm that you have a proposal qualification, we will also send you a proposal-related document submission request form (Form 4).
・An applicant who has been notified that his / her eligibility has not been confirmed may request a written explanation of why his / her eligibility was not confirmed. In addition, please submit the document to the City of Yokohama, Urban Development Bureau International Horticultural Expo Promotion Division by 5:00 pm, five days after the closing date of the city hall, starting from the day following the day when the city sent the notice.
・When an explanation is requested by the preceding paragraph, we will respond in writing to the person who requested the explanation within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date from the day after the city received the document.
