A person who intends to participate in a bid must meet all of the following conditions and receive confirmation that he / she is eligible for bid participation.
(1)You must not be a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the City of Yokohama, Medical Care Bureau Hospital Administration Headquarters Contract Regulations and be qualified as prescribed in Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(2)Being a person who has been registered in "signboard display equipment" and "advertisement" in the Yokohama City General Competition Qualified Person List (articles, consignments, etc.) in Reiwa 5.6. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if the application is being made for these conditions at the time of submission of the “Application Form for Participation” and the registration is expected to be completed by the date on which the candidate is determined.
(3)A person who has not been nominated under the provisions of the City of Yokohama, Medical Care Bureau Hospital Administration Headquarters Nomination Suspension Measures Guidelines on any day between the deadline for submitting the proposal participation application form and the specific date of the project implementation candidate.
(4)During the period from April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2023, it must have a track record of advertising peripheral guide map installation business at hospitals with 300 beds or more.
