1. Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications stipulated in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
2. Being a person who has not received measures for nomination suspension based on measures summary such as Yokohama-shi nomination suspension on any day from present to proposal presentation deadline.
3. In the 3rd and 4th year of Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.), apply for registration in the business type "601: Worker Dispatching Business" and the registration order "2nd Place" or higher, and You must have applied for registration in the event "350: Other Consignment".
4. A person who has a track record of such business or similar business.
