4 Response Date and Method
　　We send by e-mail on Friday, March 8, 2024. ※If there is no question, there is no transmission.

1.Notification of eligibility confirmation results
(1)We will confirm the participation qualification of the applicant who intends to participate in this proposal, and will notify you by e-mail of the participation qualification confirmation result notice (Attachment 1) regardless of whether or not you are eligible. If it is confirmed that you are eligible to participate, we will also send a proposal-related document submission request form (Attachment 2) by e-mail.
(2)Applicants who have been notified that they have not been eligible for participation may request in writing an explanation of the reason. In addition, please submit document to participation intention application form presentation by 5:00 pm five days after 5:00 pm except city hall closing day from the next day when Motoichi sent participation qualification confirmation result letter of advice .
(3)When explanation is requested by the preceding paragraph, we reply in writing to person who requested explanation within five days except city hall closing day from the next day when Motoichi received document.
2.Those who are qualified to participate should prepare a proposal in the prescribed format, etc., based on the "Proposal Creation Guidelines".
