（１） You must not be a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the City of Yokohama, Medical Care Bureau Hospital Administration Headquarters Contract Regulations and be qualified as prescribed in Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
（２） A person who has not received the nomination suspension measures based on the City of Yokohama, Medical Care Bureau Hospital Administration Headquarters Nomination Suspension Measures Guidelines on any day between the deadline for submitting the application form to the opening date of the bid.
（３） There is registration in business event "024 Cloth" of Yokohama-shi nomination competitive bidding qualified person list in Reiwa 5.6, and hope order is the first place.
（４） "B clothing (other than manufacturing)" and "D shoes" must be registered in the details of the business type of the Yokohama City Nomination Competition Bidding Qualified Person List in Reiwa 5.6.
