・The amount to be entered in the quotation shall be the total rent (excluding tax) for the first year of the contract (October 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026).
・Contract period: From October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2032 (long-term continuation contract based on Article 234-3 of the Local Government Act).
・Because it is a long-term continuation contract, if the expenditure budget of Yokohama City pertaining to this contract is reduced or deleted after the year following the year to which the conclusion date of this contract belongs, Yokohama City shall change or Can be canceled.
