Other Conditions
Applicants who are eligible to apply shall meet all of the following requirements:
(1) Register the location divisions listed in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (articles, consignment, etc.) in 2023 and 6 in "city" and the company size in "Small and Medium Enterprises".
(2) (1)Register the details of "B: Consulting (excluding construction consulting, etc.)" of the business event "320: Various survey plans" in the list.
(3) In the past five years (after FY2020), you have been entrusted with work including workshops for about 20 people.
(4) Do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (Government Ordinance No. 16 of 1947).
(5) Not be an adult ward, custodian, assistant or minor.
(6) Not a person who has filed a petition for commencement of bankruptcy proceedings pursuant to the Bankruptcy Law (Act No. 75 of 2004) or a person who has decided to start it.
(7) Have not been subject to suspension of bank transactions.
(8) A person who has filed a petition for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings based on the Corporate Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 154 of 2002) or a petition for rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 225 of 1999) (Rehabilitation or rehabilitation proceedings) (Excluding those who have been determined and have no risk of falling into unfulfillable).
(9) During the period from the deadline for submitting the participation intention application form to the specific date of the trustee, no nomination has been suspended according to the provisions of the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination suspension.

Notification of eligibility confirmation and submission request
Of those who have submitted the participation intention application form (Form 1), those who have been approved and those who have not been approved will be notified of that fact and the reason by the proposal qualification confirmation result notice (Form 2) To do. In addition, if it is confirmed that you have a proposal qualification, we will also send a proposal-related document submission request form (Form 6).

(2) Others
Applicants who have been notified that they have not been eligible for the proposal may request a written explanation of the reason. In addition, the document must be submitted to the participation intention application form submission destination by 5:00 pm, five days after the city hall closing date, from the day following the day on which the city notified.
Motoichi will respond in writing to those who have requested explanations within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date, starting from the day following the day on which the above document was received.
