[General Competitive Bidding]　Consignment of collection, transportation and recycling of facilities in the first half of recycle paper (third block)

A person who intends to participate in a bid must meet all of the following conditions and receive confirmation that he / she is eligible for bid participation.

(1) Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.

(2) Registration must be approved in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 5.6 (regardless of whether or not a resource-resourced event is registered.)

(3) A person who has such business or a similar business record.
※A person who satisfies any of the following 1 or 2 shall be "a person who has the same type of business performance".
① Those who have a track record of collecting and transporting five recycle paper items (magazines, newspapers, cardboard, shredder paper, mixed paper) exclusively for recycling from multiple locations.
②　5 recycle paper items (magazines, newspapers, cardboard, shredder paper, mixed paper) that are licensed to collect and transport municipal waste or industrial waste, and that are exclusively recycled from business sites.

(4) Being person who has not received nomination suspension based on measures summary such as Yokohama-shi nomination suspension on any day from January 14, 2025 to bid opening date.

※(2)Person who does not meet condition of, please apply for bid participation qualification pertaining to specific procurement contract from qualification examination application system in Yokohama-shi homepage "Yokohama bid door". Please submit the application form by uploading the required documents listed in “Application Acceptance Contents” displayed after sending the application data in PDF format from within the system. Also, be sure to contact the Yokohama City Finance Bureau Contract Section 2 (045 (671) 2186) before the application procedure and after uploading the required documents.
In addition, we may ask you to submit additional documents for examination and confirmation of bid participation qualification.
