The length of sewer pipes managed by the city is about 12,000 km and the number of manholes exceeds 500,000. In addition to seeking new functions, there is an urgent need to improve the basic performance of the system.
In addition, it is necessary to implement a conservation-type preventive measures to prevent accidents, etc., with the aim of improving citizen services, and to share data with other related departments so that they can respond quickly in the event of a disaster.
