Flow of Procedure

1 Submission of bid participation confirmation application form

In order to participate in the open call for participants nominated competitive bidding, it is necessary to submit an open call for participants nominated competitive bidding participation confirmation application form.

2 Examination of bid participation and dispatch of nomination letter of advice

We will examine the bid participation qualification based on the submitted application form and notify the result.
(We will send a “Nomination Notice” to businesses that have confirmed bid participation, and a “Nomination Notice” to other businesses.)

・　Notification date: Wednesday, September 24
・　Shipment method: Shipments by ordinary mail

3 Submission of Questions and Answers and Deadline

If you have any questions about the contents of the design document, please fill out the "Questionnaire" and contact us using the following method.
