Information provision of design documents with money (please read first)

In addition to requests for disclosure in accordance with regulations, Transportation Bureau has provided information on design documents with money.

Construction of general competitive bidding and designated competitive bidding contracts determined within the last three months

Some outsourcing contracts (firefighting equipment inspection, facility cleaning, etc.)

Projects other than the above 1 and 2

We do this in three ways.
Please use it as it is a simpler method than a request for disclosure based on the ordinance.
In addition, for projects that are not covered by the information provision in any of the methods, please request disclosure based on the ordinance.

Construction contracts concluded by Transportation Bureau in the current fiscal year or the previous fiscal year, design documents and design document information containing the amount of consignment contracts (excluding voluntary contracts).

General competitive bidding (including works covered by the WTO) and design documents containing the amount of designated competitive bidding projects for construction contracts determined within the last three months

Of the design documents containing the amount of general competitive bidding and designated competitive bidding determined by contract
Projects announced on or after October 5, 2021

The announcement period is three months from the day after the contract date.

1. Access the above "Yokohama bid door"
2. Click "Bid/Contract Information"
3. Click "Bid / Contract Results" in "Construction"
4. After checking the notes, click "Click here for the search screen".
5. Select a condition on the bid / contract result search (construction) page and click search.
6. Click "Download the gold design document" on the bid / contract result details (construction) page.
7. After checking the notes, click "I agree and download".
8. Click the file to download it.

• Only the original design can be downloaded from "Yokohama bid door".
• The design document with the amount will be automatically published on the "Bid / Contract result details (construction)" screen of "Yokohama / Bid door" on the day after the contract decision date. Please confirm in advance whether the contract has been concluded in "Yokohama bid door".
• In addition, please confirm notes of "Yokohama bid door" on the use.

Design documents and design document information with the amount of the following contracts concluded by Transportation Bureau in the current fiscal year or the previous fiscal year (excluding voluntary contracts)

• Outsourcing of fire-fighting equipment inspections
• Consignment of facility cleaning, etc.

2. Click on the relevant year
3. Click the applicable contract type
4. Click the relevant subject to download

Since the information obtained may include the rights of persons other than Yokohama City, it shall be limited to the primary use of the downloaded individual or corporation, and shall be "provided to third parties" regardless of whether it is paid or not. Doing so is prohibited.

Design documents and design document information containing the amount of construction and outsourcing contracts concluded by Transportation Bureau in the current fiscal year or the previous fiscal year (excluding voluntary contracts).

• Please fill out the application form required items correctly. Please confirm the subject in advance at the door of the bid. Please note that if the content is incomplete, we may not be able to accept it.
• The responsible section may contact you to confirm the contents of the application.
• Information will be provided around 14 days from the date of receipt in accordance with the disclosure request procedure.
