Search for administrative materials on shelves

We can search administrative document which we can read in Yokohama-shi citizen information center. The administrative data search system is divided into the following two screens.

1 Yokohama City Administrative Materials Search Screen … Enter the information you need to search.
2 Administrative Materials Search Results List Screen … A list of materials corresponding to the information entered on the search screen is displayed.

Please read the input method carefully and click on the administrative material search screen to display the search screen.

※It takes time for the registration information of administrative materials to be reflected in the system.
　Please refer to citizen information center (Phone: 045-671-3900) for the latest registration information.

※Administrative materials that are not arranged on bookshelves in the center, such as stored in the backyard, are also displayed.

You can search by entering the necessary information for one of the input items on the Yokohama City Administrative Materials Search screen.

Enter the name of the material you want to search for. You can search by entering a part of the material name.
※The search is based on the name of the material registered in the system.
Example) If you want to search for the material "Administration and Yokohama", it will not be displayed in "Gyosei", so enter "Administration".

Please enter the source of the material. Basically, when Yokohama City issues it, it is XX bureau, ward XX section.

Please enter the range of the year in which the material was issued. The input is entered in a half-width number four digits of the Christian era.
